1. Sponsor
The sponsor is TLC Jet, 3000 NW 59th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with NACDA, if applicable, and entrants release the applicable platform from any responsibility or liability.

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 21 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, affiliates, promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins June 8, 2026 at 5pm PST and ends June 9th, 2026 8pm PST Sponsor’s designated timekeeping system is official. Entries outside the Entry Period are void.

4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the online entry form at https://tlcjet.com/aadvantage-giveaway/. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/phone number unless stated otherwise. Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, bot, script, or otherwise improper entries may be voided.

5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: 100,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles, subject to all American Airlines AAdvantage expiration dates, travel/event limitations, and exclusions. Approximate retail value: $1,500. Total ARV: $1,500. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses not expressly included, and Sponsor may issue tax forms where required.

6. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winner(s) will be notified via text message on or about June 9th, 2026. A potential winner may be required to respond within 7 days and complete eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or other required documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize permits Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, city/state, statements, entry materials, and prize information for advertising, promotional, public relations, and marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs its integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, acts disruptively or unsportsmanlike, or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes. If canceled, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before cancellation.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, promotion agencies, prize suppliers, platforms, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation or prize acceptance/use. Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; technical or transmission failures; unauthorized intervention; errors; or injury or damage related to the Sweepstakes or prize.

10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winner(s), fulfill prizes, and as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://tlcjet.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants may receive marketing communications only where permitted by law and subject to required consent or opt-out rights.

11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, disputes arising from the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
