In addition to his role as Founder of TLC Jet, Firestone serves as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team at American Airlines.
In 2013, Firestone co-founded Wheels Up, which began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker “UP” as a publicly traded company in 2021. In 2023, Delta Air Lines acquired a majority stake in Wheels Up.
Firestone has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of creating value and delivering tangible results for his clients, partners, and investors.
He has spearheaded the establishment, leadership, and sale of several successful companies within the private jet industry, including Asia Jet and eBizJets. Furthermore, he has held executive positions with renowned global brands, such as Hawker Beechcraft and Marquis Jet. Additionally, he has cultivated a strong network of relationships with prominent business, sports, and entertainment figures. His contributions have been recognized through various accolades.
Firestone has received numerous publications and awards for his leadership and expertise in the aviation industry. He is passionate about advancing the private jet industry and making it more accessible, efficient, and sustainable.
Firestone is a proud third-generation Miamian who resides in Pinecrest with his wife, Natalie, and their three children, Ashley, Alexa, and Bradley.
J.J. Greenstein is a seasoned professional in sports and aviation business development.
Prior to launching TLC Jet, he served as a Sales Executive at Wheels Up, a private aviation company, where he contributed to strategic growth initiatives.
Greenstein began his career in sports ticketing, joining the University of Miami Athletics department in August 2015 as an Account Executive for Ticket Sales. During his time in Coral Gables, he completed his master’s degree in strategic communication.
Before that, he worked with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions at Duke University, focusing on sales for the football and basketball programs. His earlier roles include positions with the Durham Bulls Baseball Club and as a Program Monitor for Athletic Compliance at North Carolina State University, his alma mater. He graduated from N.C. State in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.
A native of Cary, North Carolina, J.J. now resides in Pinecrest with his wife, Melissa, and daughter, Finley.
He has built a career at the intersection of sports and aviation, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and engagement in both athletics and private aviation sectors.
Taylor Randall was born in Huntington, New York, raised in Naperville, Illinois, and now resides in Delray Beach, Florida.
Prior to joining TLC Jet, Taylor served as a Global Account Manager at Wheels Up, where he oversaw key relationships with business, university, and high-net-worth clients—driving member experience, retention, and revenue growth.
Before his time in private aviation, Taylor built a career in hospitality, specializing in the private country club sector. Most notably, he served as Head Golf Professional at the prestigious Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland.
Taylor is a proud graduate of Penn State University. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer, a passionate Penn State football fan, and enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, their daughter Millie, and their mini Goldendoodle, Juno.
